  19. The extender shipped with Watcom C++ (DOS4GW) is certainly royalty
  20. free.  However, I believe it is a contractual requirement to allow it
  21. to display its copyright message or display one yourself recognising
  22. the trademark and copyright (of Tenberry Systems I believe).
